Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract for services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

3. Applying to the expert network

• Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, a contract, or any entitlement to work.
• We do not guarantee that any applicant will be accepted into the network, nor that an accepted expert will receive project opportunities. Opportunities depend on client demand and on the expertise a given project requires.
• You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and is yours to share, and that any CV or portfolio you upload does not disclose another party's confidential information.
• Where work is offered and accepted, the rate, scope, and terms are agreed separately in writing before the work begins.

4. Submitting a project request

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the request form. Describe your project at a level you are comfortable sharing before a confidentiality agreement is in place. If the work requires disclosure of sensitive information, we will put an appropriate agreement in place first.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information
• Submit automated, bulk, or spam entries through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with the operation of the site, or scrape it other than as permitted by our robots directives
• Upload any file containing malicious code

6. Intellectual property
