1. Who we are

This website is operated by Talenor AI ("we", "us"). We connect AI companies with experts for evaluation and data work. For any question about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect only what is submitted to us directly through this site.

If you apply for an opportunity, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, city, and country
• Your CV
• Which role you applied for
• For roles marked as technical, any GitHub, LinkedIn, or portfolio links you choose to provide. These are not requested for other roles.

If you submit a project request, we collect:

• Your company name, and your website if you give one
• Your name, work email address, and job title
• The project description and any further information you write

We may later add notes of our own to your record, for example what stage your application has reached. Those notes are internal and are never published.

We do not ask for special category data such as health information, religious or political views, or government identity numbers. You should not include such information in free-text fields or in your CV.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To assess your application and contact you about relevant opportunities. The basis is your consent, given by the checkbox on the application form.
• To respond to a project request and discuss the work. The basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
• To operate and secure the website, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. How long we keep it

• Expert applications that are not accepted are deleted, including any uploaded CV, within 12 months of the decision, unless you ask us to keep them on file for future opportunities.
• Active expert records are kept for as long as you remain in the network, and are deleted within 12 months of you leaving it or asking to be removed.
• Project requests and company contact details are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver the work, and for any period we are required to retain business records afterwards.

5. Who can see it

Access is limited to the people who need it to review applications and projects. We use third-party service providers to host the site and database, store uploaded files, and send email; they process data on our instructions only. We do not share your information with other clients or applicants, and we do not publish expert profiles publicly.

Where a service provider is located outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards for that transfer.

6. How we protect it

• The site is served over HTTPS.
• Uploaded CVs are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible or linked.
• Access to the administrative interface requires an individual account and is limited to authorised staff.
• Internal notes about an application are never shown publicly.

No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to keep the amount of data we hold to the minimum the work requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

8. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, such as maintaining a session and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. We use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages are visited and which calls to action are used. These analytics do not track you across other websites and do not build an advertising profile of you.

9. Children

This site is intended for professional use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly.
